Arete Representation was launched in August of 2025 by Rhea Alvarado (Chequered Andreas) and Ayden Peppin, aiming to provide up-and-coming motorsports talents and teams with the support they need to grow, thrive, and flourish.
Our team works day in and day out to help you be the best you can be.

Beyond serving our clients, we aim to help talented women of all ages, races, and backgrounds find a footing in the industry by giving them opportunities to be part of Arete's journey, helping them grow alongside us.
Through small initiatives like giving them job opportunities, allowing them to gain experience, or helping them hone their skills through our Skillshop, we hope to lead in making a change within the industry.
